Misc. Notes | According to Elsie Stetzer, "Uncle Frank" was adopted by Karl Jacob and Anna Maria from an "Orphan Train" about 1905. (This is consistent with Anna Maria's census record which says that she gave birth 4 times.) He proved to be a difficult child, however (note that Karl and Anna were in their mid 50's when they adopted him), and moved to the George Prosek home around 1915.27 According to Uncle Marty, Frank was later disowned and disinherited by the family. | Research | Uncle Marty says that Frank was adopted. |
